Billy Gray started his company with a few important tools; ambition learned from a mother that immigrated from Vietnam with only a small suitcase and customer service skills instilled by his father’s twenty-five year career at the Ritz Carlton.

He gained contracting experience working summers as a roofer then later managing crews during disaster recovery for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). With his entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to put in the hard work, he bought a ladder, borrowed a blower and started passing out flyers. Twenty years later, Billy’s gift for relationship building is apparent when he receives calls from his very first customers and still employs his first hire.
