Meet Billy Gray
He gained contracting experience working summers as a roofer then later managing crews during disaster recovery for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). With his entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to put in the hard work, he bought a ladder, borrowed a blower and started passing out flyers. Twenty years later, Billy’s gift for relationship building is apparent when he receives calls from his very first customers and still employs his first hire.

When Billy Gray started the company, he was a one-man team passing out flyers door to door. Since he opened the doors, he has grown Gray Contracting to over 150 employees with multiple divisions and services. His dedicated employees that started with him at the beginning are still with the company. A great benefit to working with us is the limited turnover. You will be able to have a dedicated representative that knows and learns your property which is a huge benefit to you.
